What Residential Clients Can Expect
From your consultation:
Within 12 hours of submitting your request, we’ll get in touch with you to confirm an appointment time for a consultation.
At your on-site consultation, we’ll walk through the project with you so we can get a full picture of your needs, goals, budget and timeline.
We will assist you with color selection.
Once we’ve seen your space and understand the parameters of your project, we’ll provide a detailed, clearly explained estimate that outlines the materials we will use, our process and the project timeline.
From our preparation:
If needed, we will pressure wash surfaces to be painted.
We will scrape, sand, prep and prime surfaces to be painted.
We will caulk and remove old caulk if needed.
We will carefully tape and mask around baseboards and other molding, and we will cover or remove from the area furniture, flooring and other decorative items so they are not damaged in the process.
From our application:
Depending on your project and preferences, we will utilize hand brushing, rolling, airless spraying and/or back brushing painting techniques.
From our finishing process:
We will clean our work space meticulously so the only thing we leave behind is a beautifully finished product.
Once we are finished, your project manager will walk through your space with you and inspect the finished work to ensure it meets your expectations.
We will provide touch-ups if needed, and we’ll leave behind clearly labeled paint cans for potential future touch-up needs.
